Hi Mike - I found the conference rather monotone: association study after association study. But at least the value of the GWAS approach in comparison to alternatives was openly debated. I liked the sessions/posters on DNA diagnostics: people at last seriously trying to put the last 20 years genetics work in to medical practice.
