Foundations for Biomedical Data and Model Interoperability

A Workshop for Modellers, Curators, Data Stewards, and Knowledge Managers in Systems Biology, Physiology & Pharmacometrics. The goals are to:

1. Identify obstacles to resource sharing and re-use;
2. Collect requirements and use-cases for data and model management and interoperability;
3. Demonstrate existing solutions for management tools, repositories and services;
4. Work towards communal metadata standards for pre-clincal and clinical data, and models;
5. Study model representation and interoperability.
