VarioML
This is the user and developer group for the VarioML data exchange specification for variation data.
Researchers and Clinicians should subscribe to this group for:
- help with applying VarioML to their variation data, enabling integration and application exchange
- reporting challenging variation data description and processing problems - exactly the issues VarioML has been designed to solve
Biomedical application developers should subscribe to this group to pool resources for bootstrapping the biomedical knowledge environment with VarioML's cutting edge methods for data integration and application exchange.
Users of Gensearch, Alamut, Cafe Variome, Molgenis, LOVD, DmuDB, and other tools for working with variation data should subscribe to this group for updates on applications and tools in this rapidly expanding domain.
